Deeth Williams Wall is pleased to share that Partner Jennifer R. Davidson and Associates Steffi Tran and Victoria Di Felice recently published a chapter in “Cybersecurity: A Practical Guide to the Law of Cyber Risk,” a treatise released by the Practicing Law Institute Press.

Jennifer, Steffi, and Victoria’s chapter, titled “Cybersecurity in Canada,” provides an overview of the Canadian cybersecurity landscape, including information relating to federal, provincial, and sector-specific privacy laws and cybersecurity obligations.
