Gary Daniel Appointed Canada Subcommittee Chair of INTA's Anticounterfeiting Committee

Deeth Williams Wall is proud to announce that Gary Daniel has been appointed Canada Subcommittee Chair of the International Trademark Association's Anticounterfeiting Committee (ACC) for the 2022-2023 term.

The ACC is an advocacy group within the International Trademark Association (INTA) dedicated to the enforcement of anticounterfeiting procedures worldwide.

The ACC evaluates treaties, laws, and regulations related to anticounterfeiting and enforcement; develops and advocates for strong policies to protect against infringement; and promotes enforcement education.
