Amy-Lynne Williams is a founding member of the firm.  She retired from active practice at the end of September 2023. 

Practice Areas

For over 35 years, Amy-Lynne’s areas of practice have included outsourcing transactions; electronic payments agreements; systems acquisition, distribution, licensing, technology transfers, electronic commerce, privacy, electronic publishing and software development. She represents both producers and users of information technology in private industry and government.

Amy-Lynne retired from active practice at the end of September, 2023.
