DWW is proud to be a silver sponsor of the 16^th Annual Harold G. Fox IP Moot, which will be held from February 23^rd, 2024 to February 24^th, 2024 at the Federal Court of Canada and remotely.

The Harold G. Fox IP Moot seeks to promote education in the intellectual property field while providing law students from across Canada with the opportunity to present submissions in front of jurists of the Supreme, Ontario, and Federal Courts, and experienced practitioners of intellectual property law.

We are pleased to announce that Counsel, Gary Daniel, will be participating as a judge for the 2024 Fox Moot. 

This year, Partner, Jennifer Davidson, served on the Fox Moot Sponsors Committee; a committee organized to provide recommendations on improvements to mooting activities.

The Fox Moot is named in honour of the late Harold G. Fox, one of Canada’s leading intellectual property scholars and advocates.
